There is something in your company that is not a human.
Software is no longer a tool. It reads, decides, writes, clicks and delivers work. I write down what happens to the work when it does, and who is accountable when it goes wrong.
And I am running the opposite experiment on myself. Everything I publish also goes into a model, to see how much of a person fits into language. Machines becoming workers, and a person becoming data: the same boundary, seen from both sides.
hence the name

Experiment 01 · under construction
I am uploading myself
Everything I publish goes in here. That is the experiment: I am trying to get my consciousness into a model, and I want to know how far that goes. How much of a person sits in their own writing? Where does it stop? How far can we take this?
One day something here will keep answering when I am no longer around. Whether that is still me, I do not know. Today he has read everything above and can still only do one thing with it: sound like me. Knowing what I think is a different matter, and that is the part that takes years.
Come back in a few months and ask him again.

This window does not work yet. There is no program behind it, so for now there is nothing to ask. What is here are the numbers below: how much of my writing it has read. That number grows with every piece I publish.

What you will be asking him later
- What is wrong with agents using your session?
- Why does an MSP carry more risk here than I do?
- What do you not know about me yet?
- Are you Peter?
What he cannot say anything about yet
- My Copilot training sessions and the rooms I have stood in
- Why I started this project at all

Experiment 03
Notahuman Speedreading
Learn to read like a robot and gather as much context as you can. Word by word, at your own pace, with the paragraph right there the moment you pause. Your PDFs and sessions stay on your device.
Tools
Have a go yourself
Small things you can actually use. You answer a few questions and you get something you can act on: which tool suits your work, what it costs per month, what you are allowed to put into it, and which of your own work could be handed over. Everything happens in your browser, so your answers stay on your own computer. And they will name a snag sooner than a product.
Which work can you actually hand over?
Not which tool you buy, but which work you put into it. Describe a task, give six answers, and it lands on a map next to the rest of your week.
Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT: which one fits your work?
Five tools that look like the same thing from a distance. Nine questions, and you get one recommendation with the cost attached and with the place where that tool lets you down.
Sonnet, Opus, Sol or Luna: which model should you pick?
Almost nobody picks a model, and the price difference runs to a hundred times. Nine questions, one model, the routing pair around it, and the price ladder.
What has to be in place before you point AI at anything?
Nine questions about your data, its behaviour and your accountability. No product name comes out, but the requirements that follow from your situation, and the places where your own answers contradict each other.
What does Copilot Cowork actually cost?
With Cowork you pay per job instead of per user. Fill in your own organisation and see what that means per month, with a range attached.

Dead or alive, you're coming with me!
A robot that makes beds in thirty unfamiliar homes, and gets it done 56 percent of the time. Why it does not matter that it is slow.

And I talk about it
Sessions, training, webinars and podcasts. Where I have the slides you can read them, and you can put the dates straight into your own calendar.

Everything, with a date on it
Everything I have written, with the date on it and where it appeared. Including what sits on LinkedIn or elsewhere. If a piece is no longer true because something changed, it says so instead of quietly disappearing.
